Huijing Holdings successfully became the listed company through the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with a stock code of 9968.HK.

Huijing Holdings won the 2020 China Star Real Estate Developers and was as ranked 116th in the list of 2020 China Top 100-200 Real Estate Developers.

Huijing Holdings Company Limited (“Huijing Holdings” or the “Group”) is an integrated residential and commercial property developer in the PRC with a foothold in the Greater Bay Area and gradually expanding its presence to Heyuan, the Yangtze River Delta Urban Cluster and the Yangtze Mid-Stream Urban Cluster. It focuses on urban renewal projects, covering residential, integrated and industry-specific property projects. As on 31 December 2019, the Group held or had agreed to acquire in all 17 property projects within five cities across three provinces. Furthermore, the Group has been included as one of the constituents of the MSCI China All Shares Small Cap Index effective after the market close on 29 May 2020.

We commenced an integrated property project in Hefei, Hefei Huijing City Centre.

We commenced residential property projects outside Guangdong including (i)Huijing Yanhu International Resort in Hengyang and (ii) Huijing Global Centre in Changsha. We started tourism-healthy living property projects with a focus on creating a comfortable and quality living environment for our customers. 

We were awarded ‘‘Anhui Top-10 City Complex Annual Award’’ by Graduate School of Real Estate of Hefei University.

We were awarded ‘‘Dongguan Most-Influential Brand Real Estate Enterprises’’ by Sohu.

We obtained approval for our first urban renewal project, Humen Marina City. We commenced our first integrated property projects and the construction of our first commercial project Huijing City in Dongguan.

Our residential property project ‘‘Huijing Palace’’ was awarded the ‘‘Exquisite Taste Luxury Home Award’’ by Wen Wei Po, the Hong Kong Institute of Architects and the Hong Kong Institute of Designers.

We commenced the development of Huijing Ginza and Huijing Palace in Dongguan.

Dongguan Huijing Real Estate pre-sold its first property project, Huijing Villa (First Phase).
