A key example of our current initiative on “tourism-healthy living” is our Huijing Yanhu International Resort. Spanning across an expected GFA of approximately 1.29 million sq.m., Huijing Yanhu International Resort is located near Hengyang Wild Goose Lake and is designed as an Eco-tourism Town focusing on “tourism-healthy living”, with various facilities promoting tourism, health and elderly living comfort, such as parks and spas.
Huijing Yanhu International Resort received awards and recognition from different organizations, including selection in the “2017 China Hengyang Top Ten Featured Cultural Tourism Towns of Central China” compiled by China Index Academy and fang.com. And currently, we are in discussion with the Government of Hengnan County for additional land use rights over [land/a parcel] with a site area of approximately 1.06 million sq.m.
